Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all ornaments, accessories, and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
